At Motor Vault Kenya, we partner with the country's top premium showrooms and spare part hubs to bring high-quality automotive inventory directly to you. Because our verified partners dispatch items directly from their respective locations, our shipping processes are designed to be as transparent and efficient as possible.
1Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed only after successful payment verification via Lipa Na M-Pesa.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order is instantly routed to the respective vendor hub.
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the vendor to inspect, package, and dispatch your spare parts.
- Full vehicle purchases require additional processing time for documentation and transfer preparation, which will be communicated directly by the showroom.

Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret)2 - 3 Business Days
Other Rest of Kenya (Upcountry)3 - 5 Business Days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. External factors such as severe weather or logistical delays with local couriers may occasionally affect arrival times.
3Shipping Rates & Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the size and weight of the spare part, as well as the delivery distance.
- For certain large components (e.g., engines, bumpers, body panels), specialized freight shipping may be required, and a flat-rate heavy-cargo fee will be applied at checkout.
4The "Hub Pickup" Option (Click & Collect)
To offer you the utmost convenience and trust, Motor Vault Kenya offers a Hub Pickup option for most items.
- At checkout, you may select "Pickup from Vendor Hub."
- Once your payment is verified and the part is ready, you will receive an SMS and email notification with the exact showroom or hub location and pickup instructions.
- You must present your Motor Vault order confirmation and a valid national ID to collect your item.
