- VIP Sourcing: To process your requests and assign dedicated scouting teams to match your specifications.
- Daraja Transactions: To execute secure mobile payments for deposits and service fees.
- Logistics & Compliance: To calculate precise KRA import duties and manage the "Handover" schedule.
- CRM Tracking: To provide automated, real-time order tracking and updates through our secure concierge system.
4Data Sharing & Third Parties
We are transparent about who touches your data. We share only necessary details with:
- Overseas Sourcing Hubs: Verified partners in Japan and the UK solely for vehicle identification.
- Clearing Agents: Licensed professionals at the Port of Mombasa for customs clearance.
- Payment Processors: Safaricom (for M-Pesa) to facilitate legal transactions.
Motor Vault does NOT sell your data to marketing agencies or third-party advertisers.
5Data Security
We utilize enterprise-grade security protocols. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our cloud infrastructure leverages strict Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring that even within our database, access to your specific client dossier is restricted to authorized concierge staff.
6Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies for functional purposes: saving your UI preferences (such as your OLED dark mode settings) and analyzing showroom traffic to improve the browsing experience.
7User Rights (Kenya DPA Compliance)
In accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (DPA), you have the following rights:

- The right to request immediate corrections to your profile data.
- The right to demand the absolute deletion of your personal data from our CRM, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for financial transactions.
